Bereaved Families of Cape Breton
"When the Bereaved help the Bereaved, then the healing begins"
Grief is a normal reaction to a loss—a universal experience. It is unique to every person and is the intense emotion that floods people when they experience loss. It is, in essence, love—not wanting to let go.
It is different for everyone. based upon previous experiences and our own support systems. Healing takes time, patience and the support of those around us.
